ABOUT ME

Born in Yorkshire, I was already designing and making clothes in my early teens. Going onto study fashion and design, I passed my course with distinction and have been designing ever since.

Since 1986, I have specialised in designing bridal wear. My designs for the Cheshire proms have become as popular as my bespoke bridal gowns. During the 1990's I sold collections of my gowns to bridal stores all over the UK and also took my designs to America, but I have have now gone back to basics, preferring to work alone on "one off" original creations for my clients. I specialise in designing beautiful original bridal gowns. I work closely with the bride from our first meeting., beginning with sketched and fabric samples. I always listen to the bride's requirements and specifications. I can design bridesmaids dresses to compliment the bridal gown and also to the individuality of the bridesmaids. I have regular customers for my stunning evening wear, such as a high profile opera singer and a number of clients in the entertainment industry. For any special event I can create something beautiful or lavish, understated or flamboyant. I am based in Cheshire, but I am available to clients all over the UK.
